HMD is excited to announce the commencement of construction on the third building at Olive Chapel Professional Park, a project in which our team has been honored to develop since inception. This highly attractive office park in a prime Apex location has been thoughtfully conceived as it offers an inviting atmosphere throughout its nine acres. We are delighted to bring the design to life for the third of the five buildings planned. Stay tuned!

Its our annual Fall Festival time!! Come out this Saturday, Nov 6 from 1-4 pm to join us and our neighboring businesses. There will be food from Raleigh Cheesy FRESH. Local Ice Cream and hotdogs games, cute dogs from Peak Lab Rescue and Perfectly Imperfect Pups and fire truck with Town of Apex Fire Department
We are also doing a food drive for western wake crisis ministry. So if you bring 4 cans, you will get free fresh local ice cream!!

Owned by Courtney Bowman, Raleigh Cheesy began as an online business specializing in the creation of one-of-a-kind grazing platters for all types of gatherings. Courtney gave our team samples… We are SO hooked and really excited for Courtney to have a store coming soon!!
