It was such a pleasure being part of “Planning for What’s Next: A Guide to Life’s Transitions” at Fendol Farms on Monday. 💙
We brought together a wonderful panel of professionals to talk about the many transitions that come with aging—and, more importantly, how families can be prepared before a crisis happens.

I was honored to volunteer at the Dementia Alliance of North Carolina’s “A Night to Remember” Gala at Prestonwood Country Club.
As someone who has spent many years working with seniors and families affected by dementia, this cause is especially close to my heart. It was wonderful to be surrounded by so many compassionate people who are committed to supporting individuals living with dementia and the families who love them.
I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to volunteer, connect with so many wonderful people, and be part of an evening dedicated to making a difference. 💜
A night of connection, compassion, and community—truly a night to remember. ✨

Proud to be part of The Senior Network Charity Golf Tournament!
Today was all about giving back, connecting with our community, and supporting an organization that does so much for local seniors. It was wonderful volunteering alongside so many people who share the same passion for helping others. 💚
I’m also proud to have co-sponsored Hole #5 — the Hole-in-One Hole with Andy Eichelberger, owner of Blackbeard Roofing. Thank you, Andy, for partnering with us and helping make this event a success!

What a wonderful morning at CenterWell on Capitol Boulevard in Raleigh for our Aging With Confidence seminar! 💙

It was such a privilege to speak with seniors about what it truly means to age with confidence and feel prepared for every step of the journey.

We brought together professionals from different areas of senior care and planning—from real estate and downsizing, elder law, home care, senior placement, and Medicare—so attendees could hear valuable information all in one place.

What a wonderful morning at the Dementia Capable Cares August Networking Social, featuring Dr. Heather Altman! 💜

It was so great seeing familiar faces, connecting with new ones, and sharing ideas with such an incredible group of people who all have one thing in common: a passion for helping seniors living with dementia.

We were especially proud to see the Town of Cary represented, as they continue to show how much they care about creating a safe, supportive community for seniors and their families. 💜

A huge thank you to The Reserve at Mills Farm for hosting such a wonderful event today! We enjoyed the camaraderie, the conversations, the laughter, and sharing ideas about how we can continue to make a difference for those living with dementia.

I had the pleasure of visiting with Melissa Rich today at her beautiful new community, Avendelle at Picardy Point.
It was wonderful to see the community firsthand, and even more impressive to hear about Melissa’s commitment to her residents and the care she puts into creating a place they can truly call home.
I’m looking forward to building a strong relationship with Melissa and her team and helping families who are searching for the right senior living option for their loved ones discover what Avendelle at Picardy Point has to offer.
