Propane gas is economical because liquid propane reproduces itself 270 times into a v***r gas. The v***r gas is what your propane grills and other gas appliances use to operate. For example, a full 20 pound grill cylinder holds 4.7 gallons of liquid propane...and you get an average of 20 hours of straight cooking time...that is a lot of hamburgers :)
