The new gate kiosk is now up and running! All remotes should work again. If you still have remote issues, please email our community manager with your first and last name, address, and a picture of the back of your remote so it can be added/updated in the gate system.

All private gate codes and personal access phone numbers can be updated/added by emailing our community manager as well.

Note- the gate codes 1111 and 4444 have been removed from the system. Please use your own private gate codes when entering the community.

The gate clickers are unexpected not working with our new gate kiosk. The gate company and management company have been notified. In the meantime you can use your 4 digit code to enter. If you need your gate code looked up, please send the page a private message. We are hoping to have this resolved immediately, and the gate will stay open in the meantime. Although this is not ideal, we appreciate your understanding.

Quantum is installing their fiber throughout our neighborhood starting today, 1/13. The HOA was unaware this was happening since Quantum pulled a permit from the county and didn’t go through our management company. The project is projected to take 4 weeks.
