To every woman who walked into the Resch Expo Center over the last two days — thank you.
Thank you for taking time out of your businesses, your teams and your lives to invest in yourself. Thank you for the conversations in the hallways, the notes you took, the connections you made and the courage you showed just by showing up.
And to every speaker who stepped onto our stage or into a breakout room — thank you. Thank you for sharing your stories, your expertise and your experiences so openly. You challenged us, made us think, made us laugh and gave us ideas and conversations we’ll carry well beyond these two days.
This conference has never been about one stage or one speaker. It’s about what happens when a room full of women decides to Fear Less and Be Fearless, together. Watching that happen this year, in this room, in Green Bay, means more than I can put into words.
Standing here at the end of another Women’s Leadership Conference, all I feel is grateful. Grateful for our sponsors. Grateful for every one of you who showed up, shared a little piece of yourself and chose to fear less this week.
This community is the best part of my year, hands down. And I already can’t wait for next year.
