Inside Sales Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Make outbound calls to speak with potential clients with the goal to set up meetings and online software demonstrations. Sales Managers will educate clients and overcome objections to schedule appointments.
The best candidates for this position have experience in meeting sales quotas, setting meetings, and possess a drive to increase earning potential through an uncapped performance-based incentive/bonus structure. This position requires good computer navigation and customer service skills.
This individual will become a part of a growing and dynamic sales team, delivering life-saving products to improve and change lives!
Job Type: Part-Time w/Full-Time earnings potential
SALARY: Base pay hourly rate plus uncapped performance-based incentive/bonus structure and equity opportunities after 12 months.
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:
Work week: 2-3 days per week
Up to 20 hours per week. (Shifts between 8 am - 4 pm CST)
Ability to set your own hours/schedule
SKILLS & SPECIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years(s) experience in Sales, prospecting, and CRM.
Demonstrate successful telephone sales techniques specifically with building rapport, overcoming objections, matching features, and benefits to client needs, and acting on buying signals.
Proficiency in computer navigation and typing skills.
Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, including active and empathetic listening
Knowledge and practice with metrics-based accountability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hunter mentality to bring new business
Make weekly quota of outbound calls
Met weekly quote of appointments set
Reply promptly to inquiries made by customers.
Conduct follow-ups on customer interactions and manage customer accounts.
Create a sense of urgency on all inquiries to close the sale
Explain benefits of our technology to customers
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
Midwest Fleet and Safety will provide the candidate with a computer, headset, mouse, and any additional tools you’ll need to successfully work from home.
Must be self-disciplined to provide a professional conversational experience for all customers and meet all requirements for working during scheduled hours/shifts.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or GED, Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
