A look back at last Wednesday when we welcomed the American Welding Society Niagara Frontier Section to Koike for a special evening with metal artist and welding influencer, David Madero! 😁

Known for his work with games like Diablo, Call of Duty, and hosting on Netflix’s Metal Shop Masters, he's currently partnering with Koike to create a large metal sculpture that will be unveiled at FABTECH Las Vegas later this year!

Attendees got a behind-the-scenes look at the project and had a chance to jump in and add to the piece themselves! As a token of gratitude, AWS gifted David Madero/Co. a fabricated appreciation award for taking the time to meet with everyone.

We're so proud to see our equipment supporting another NASA milestone!😁🚀

KOIKE positioners have been used by NASA many times over the years, from 29 of our TRAC-TRED turning rolls helping assemble the Jupiter-C rocket that launched America’s first satellite, Explorer 1, into orbit in 1958, to supporting the work on the Terra satellite in 1999.

It's always an honor to play a part in amazing projects like this! Thank you for sharing NASA's Kennedy Space Center!👏

Released in 1952, the IK-12 Beetle is one of the oldest oxy-fuel cutting carriages on the market, and posts like this show exactly why it has earned its reputation over the years: simple, dependable, and still producing quality cuts. 😁

Fine tuning the flame on the Koike Beetle track torch #4 cutting tip while beveling plow blades. Just like welding and watching the puddle the cut quality tells you everything you need to know if you know what to look for so that you can make your adjustments accordingly.
