Life has been so busy, that I just realized a year ago this month, I started my own business. Who knew I’d end up being my own boss! A year ago I was scared out of my wits taking the plunge to start my own Virtual Assistant Business. Now here I sit with multiple clients that I assist with their business needs, which include administrative tasks and bookkeeping. Funny how life can take you in directions you never thought possible. 🎈🎉

Some people wonder, why did I choose to make this career change and become a Freelancer/Business Owner/Virtual Assistant? I was feeling it was time for a change and a challenge, time to be my own "boss." I call the shots on the kind of work I do, what clients I work with, and I choose when I want to work, whether it is strictly during the regular work week, or an evening or weekend. This gives flexibility for me to keep an eye on our farm and our farm animals which include, cattle, sheep and lambs, goats, and ducks that we are raising. It can get quite busy at times, especially in March and April when it was lambing season. So there it is, my "why" I chose to take this new career path. Sometimes you have to take that "Leap of Faith."
