Our company (First Cable Line, Inc) provides cable assembly and manufacturing services to customers and also have an e-commerce division reselling merchandise to end customer directly. We’re looking for new talents join our team - an Operations Assistant for below responsibility:
Working Hours: M-F 8:30am – 5:30pm (Full Time). Location: Arcadia, CA.

Operations Assistant
• Work closely with supplier, sales, logistic, shipping agencies to process orders, monitor order schedule, arrange shipment for on time deliveries of domestic and international shipment.
• Customer service and sales support to promote customer satisfaction and to drive company growth.
• Inventory control, sourcing material and supplier relation management
• Other operational task and documentation to optimize work efficiency

Qualification:
* Bilingual Mandarin and English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft office applications - word, excel, outlook
* Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
* Team player with good interpersonal skills.
* Shows initiative, being accountable and problem solving mentality.

Sales Executive – Manufacturing services
• New business development - generate new sales leads, approaching new potential customers for new opportunities, and seal the deal.
• Existing customer maintenance – continue to provide quality services and support to existing customers.
Qualification:
*Proficiency office word, excel, outlook.
*Self-motivated
*bilingual Mandarin and English preferred
*Related industry or previous experience a plus
