So deeply grateful for the families I’ve had the honor of meeting and for the privilege of supporting those who are thoughtfully considering this next step, as well as those already receiving care. 🌸

It’s truly moving to witness everyone come together with such love and dedication—it really does take a village, and then some.

At the heart of it all, we are all working side by side to care for the people who mean the most to us, and that shared commitment is what matters most. ❤️
