ABOUT US
Floor-Ready Services, a third-party service provider with an experienced labor force in its own 135,000 sf. facility. Geared towards preparing products to the retail supply chain, both hard and soft lines, we physically touch and process over 20,000,000 units a year.
(The term Floor-Ready means preparing for the “retail-floor”. We are NOT a floor company!)
We are outsourced by both large retailers and manufacturers when:
• Problems exist with the receipt of imported goods.
• Packaging/Re-packaging product.
• Building and filling Displays.
• Assorting products for large distribution centers so they can quickly ship to their stores.
• Handling returns.
FRS has been in business for over 25 years. What makes us unique is our full-time workforce whose average employment is over 12 years.
JOB DESCRIPTION

You must have prior success selling high-ticket outsourcing services and custom solutions to top executives and senior management of large corporations in the Supply-Chain Distribution market with a long sales cycle against an incumbent vendor. You have successful experience displacing the competition with value. You have the ability to orchestrate a complex sale with many players. You excel at building relationships and have a proven ability in leveraging those relationships into long-term clients.

You excel at finding and closing new opportunities, possess strong closing skills, consultative selling skills, and are excellent at problem solving. You are a hunter who thrives on the chase and is motivated by the success of the journey as much as you are by the reward.

You must be a highly motivated self-starter and an over- achiever and work well independently and as part of a team. You must be willing to travel occasionally and have prior earnings of at least $140,000, on a variable compensation plan.

This position reports directly to the company President.

Prospects consistently, gets to decision makers, gets appointments when prospecting, comfortable talking about money, enjoys selling, recovers easily from rejection, develops bonding and rapport, attempts to close, has closing urgency, uncovers actual budget, controls emotions, gets referrals, does NOT assume, learns how/why prospects buy, etc.

Full Job Description:
Floor Ready Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Box Truck Driver (CDL not required). This position is a very fast paced, physical job. This person will spend most of the time in the warehouse, occasionally driving a box truck as needed. This position is full-time with 401K and health insurance.

Requirements:
*High-School Diploma or equivalent required, Must be 21 years of age.
*Must pass criminal and motor vehicle background check.
*Must have a valid license and maintain a good driving record for 3 years. (CDL is NOT required)
*Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
*Some heavy lifting required.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Excellent time management skills.
*2-3 years of forklift & small commercial truck experience.

Duties:
The primary responsibilities of this individual consist of the ability to run a forklift, assist with various jobs in the warehouse, and occasionally drive a box truck. You must have strong leadership skills, able to multi-task and work independently as well as being a team player, maintain a positive attitude, and have a good attendance record. You will be a company liaison between our staff and our customers. Professional appearance a must. In this position you will be responsible for all client deliveries via company truck. We are looking for an individual that will have an innate ability to see where and when help is needed and pitch in without having to be told to do so. About FRS:

We’ve been in business over 20 years in Arden, NC. In our 137,000-sq. ft. facility we prepare (pack/assemble) our customers’ product to their specifications, so it is ready for the retail environment. Job Overview:

The Operations Assistant will record and track all aspects of our customers’ orders/product, from receipt of new orders to outbound shipments. This person will be responsible for accurate data entry associated with daily production and will assist with other production and operations duties such as preparing tickets, printing box labels and production sheets, counting inventory, preparing Bills of Lading, scanning inbound/outbound shipments, as well as communicating with customers, management and production employees via phone, email and in person. This person will create, input, and maintain company excel spreadsheets and databases for daily reporting to management.

This is a physically active position that will require physical movement such as standing, bending, squatting, lifting, reaching, and/or walking approximately 50% of the workday. This position may be called upon to assist with other duties such as work-station setup or QA Inspections of finished goods, etc., as circumstances require.

Floor Ready Services is currently seeking candidates for the part time position of Baler Operator at a growing company in Arden NC

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Bale all cardboard and plastic.
• Monitor carboard carts in designated locations to make sure they are not overflowing so cardboard is not becoming a work hazard.
• Move completed bales to proper locations.
• Maintain baler clear of trash that can build up and create a malfunction
• Maintain the dock area (area surrounding baler)
• Operate manual pallet jack
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 45-50 lbs
• Ability to bend, stretch and stand on feet for duration of shift
• Ability to take direction.
• Ability to analyze situations and implement plan of action.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures.
