We have a 2 bed 1 bath available in Ardmore, Ok located in a good part of town. This is a brick home with central heat and air, fenced yard, single car garage, covered front and back patios, storage buildings in back, and has all appliances included. This home has been completely cleaned out, repainted, new flooring, and has an updated bathroom. $1200 Deposit $1200/month Tenant is responsible for utilities. To all of our current tenants...due to the upcoming winter storm, we ask that you take a moment today or early tomorrow to prepare your rental property for the winter storm that is upon us.
1. Disconnect any garden hoses
2. Cover outdoor faucets with insulated caps and wrap exposed pipes in unheated areas
3. Open the kitchen and bathroom doors to circulate warm air
4. Let faucets drip during the hard freezes
5.Replace HVAC filters if you haven't in the last 3 months
6.Keep thermostats at 65 degrees or higher
7.Reverse your ceiling fans to push warm air back down into the rooms
8.Ensure that your smoke detectors are working
9.Keep garage doors closed
10.Trim tree branches/bushes that will fall and damage the home or block entrances
11.Make sure your renters policy is active. Some policies may help with expenses if your rented home is unlivable due to plumbing/electric outages.
