I’m excited to be teaming up to do a seminar w/Lavelle Law on March 1st at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library @ 7pm for Small Businesses entitled: “Your Small Business: Finding the Best Brick & Mortar Location”.

I'll be sharing my knowledge of 35 years in commercial property management, operational concerns and site selection. My goal is to be a valuable resource to small businesses as they look to open a Brick & Mortar location.

I’ve been working as a commercial real estate consultant and tenant rep broker for the last few years. I am an Illinois Real Estate Broker, a LEED Green Associate and an RPA (Real Property Administrator).

I’ve worked for large commercial real estate management and development companies for 35 yrs as a General Manager/VP of class A office buildings in Chicago and all suburban markets.

Now, my goal is to use that expertise and help small businesses and communities with site selection and their commercial real estate decisions.

I’m available on a consulting, hourly or commission basis and would appreciate keeping me in mind if you or someone you know is looking to lease space for their business, has questions understanding their lease clauses and ongoing expenses. In addition, my goal is to help avoid costly repair and maintenance issues in the future by making informed decisions before committing to a space or signing a lease. I can also provide project and property assistance (including bid procurement and recommendations).
