A US-based manufacturing company is looking for a CNC Programmer to join its Kharkiv, Ukraine team. To succeed in this role you will have to be a self-starter who’s capable of working independently, on-site. The work hours are 13:00 to 22:00 with occasional overtime or weekend work.

Responsibilities:
● Read and evaluate technical drawings for machinability, calculate estimated time and cost to manufacture parts per customer’s requirements.
● Select cutting tools, speeds and feeds to manufacture the part while considering material, surface roughness, tolerances, etc.
● Create CNC programs and setup sheets for 3- and 5-axis CNC machines using Mastercam software.
● Create guidelines and programs to control quality of the machined parts.
● Evaluate and improve created programs.
● Troubleshoot and resolve problems with programs, quality and machines as they arise.
● Train new employees on properly selecting cutting tools, speeds and feeds, creating CNC programs.

Requirements:
● Previous experience programming 3- and 5-axis CNC machines.
● Knowledge of MasterCam software.
● Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
● Must have strong attention to detail.
● Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
● Available to work weekends and overtime.

This role coordinates various office tasks and functions to ensure that local and US office operations run smoothly at all times. Tasks include, but are not limited to, front desk management, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, and scheduling meetings and appointments. Customer service skills are a priority! The office coordinator takes an active part in making sure both office locations operate in sync with each other.
