2. Create a new vehicle for innovation for mature infrastructure enterprises to innovate more efficiently and effectively, and to change the paradigm around infrastructure innovation;

3. Provide a forum for thought leadership and elevate the dialogue around the state of global infrastructure and the need for innovation in civil infrastructure.
