NASA and SpaceX are launching another Dragon spacecraft to the International Space Station today, with liftoff scheduled for 6:33 a.m. Eastern. The cargo on CRS-35 is noteworthy, featuring the final set of Roll-Out Solar Arrays for the station, hardware for producing artificial retinas in microgravity, 3D heart tissue models for drug testing, and brain organoids being studied for Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and MS. There's also an experiment on how a new type of glass forms without gravity. While resupply missions happen often and can seem routine, many of the scientific advances they carry are crucial for benefiting people on Earth.

AI can now build a dashboard from a few prompts. The Datavist's review of the Claude Dashboards beta shows what's left for people to do: make sure the underlying data is modeled correctly, decide who should have access, and keep it secure.

In his test, restructuring a simple dataset turned up data quality issues the first dashboard hid. And the beta doesn't yet have the row-level security, refresh scheduling, or audit logs that regulated organizations need.

This is where we spend most of our time with clients, and we expect that to grow.

Anthropic put out a piece this week that is worth ten minutes of your time, even if you do not work in tech.

The short version: AI has started helping build AI and they have released number to project the impact.

Claude, their AI model, wrote more than 80% of the code Anthropic shipped last month. Two years ago that was almost none of it. Their engineers are now getting roughly 8x as much done per day as they were in 2024. And the length of tasks these systems can handle on their own keeps doubling every few months.

The one thing people still do better than the machines is judgment. Knowing which problem is worth solving, which answer to trust, when to walk away from a bad idea. That is still very much a human job.

But it does make you think about where this goes. If a small company can soon do the work of a big one, the hard part stops being how much you can produce and becomes whether you can trust it and stand behind it.
