?? What is your morning MOOD ⁉️
Our default morning moods, based upon my training as both as a Chinese Medicine practitioner and Professional Coach, can be a significant indicator to someone’s wellbeing.
Even though our mood can depend on the day of the week and what is planned for the day, we tend to have a default morning mood. And, we CAN SHIFT it over time if it doesn’t serve us.
Our morning moods have such an impact on how we respond to things and navigate decisions. It also influences how we perceive situations and people.
Instead of judging moods as good or bad, it is more useful to view moods as open/expansive or closed.
Why? Because ultimately your mood dictates results - open moods lead to more possibilities while closed moods restrict possibilities. Each mood is also steeped in low to high vibrations (the science behind this is fascinating).
Find out for yourself!! If interested in learning whether or not you are inadvertently limiting choices, actions and mindset, pay attention over the next week to the mood in which you wake up. Or the mood you warm up to shortly after awakening. Then simply observe your choices, stories, reactions and outcomes.

Joy
Gratitude
Acceptance
Peaceful
Closed mood examples:
Resentment
Resignation
Fearful
Gloomy
