Huge news out of Iowa — and a proud win for several great departments we supported.

Multiple Marshall County fire departments were just awarded more than $660,000 in FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant funding for new SCBAs — a major safety upgrade that directly protects their firefighters on every call.

This is the work that fires us up at Fire Grants Expert.

State Farm Grant - Immediate Opportunity -

State Farm is offering $500,000 in grants to volunteer fire departments. The maximum award is $10,000. The application period opens August 1st until 500 applications are received. We anticipate it will fill in the first day or two based on the Firehouse Subs application.

The FY 2023 AFG application period closed on March 8, 2024. A total of 7,962 applications were submitted with a total requested federal share amount of $3.72 billion. Awards have started and will continue for the next two months.
