I was asked what all I was working on. The photo is 6 of the 14 hard cover orders (not including 4 restoration pieces) scattered over 3 work tables.

Photo shows 3 (on right) historically accurate bindings in full hand dyed calf. Two full sheep (on left) and a quarter bound. These are not complete, just in the coverings and are waiting for pasted end papers, decorations, polishing, gold titling, and getting shipped to their respective owners.

Even in the 1790's, there were many people desirous of coming to America. However, Ben Franklin's experience with Europeans gave him concern. So many had very unrealistic ideas of what the U.S. would be like for an immigrant. So, Ben took quill in hand and wrote a pamphlet to let these people know the streets were not paved with gold, or the land was free and sprouted profit without effort.

Titled; "Information to those Who would Remove to America." Price is on my website.

In the mid 1790's wheat crops in England were lacking. This pamphlet gives a good supplement by explaining the benefits of using "Indian Corn" to make bread alone or combined with wheat and potato flour. With recipes using "Mohawk Corn", it is a fun piece. This 28 page pamphlet runs a mere $6.50.

Some additional new products are focused on the medical trade.

It professes a method of pressuring based nerve junctions to suppress pain impulses. It even has a illustration of the clamp to do just that. 56pg pamphlet $11.00

Sometime back I published "Woman Not Inferior to Man" by Sophiain 1789. It is a pamphlet the puts forth logical (albeit 18th century based) reasoning why women could hold office, own businesses, and lead organizations.
The following year, and unnamed "Gentleman" wrote a rebuttal to her pamphlet. And, yes, in today's social perspective, it lends to be an example of 18th century misogyny.
"Woman Not Inferior to Man" - $12.50
"Man Superior to Woman" - $15.00
