We’re excited to welcome our Summer Interns to ! ☀️

We kicked things off with Astro Doughnuts & Fried Chicken, quick introductions, and time to connect. It was a great opportunity to put faces to names and start building relationships across the team. These informal moments are just one way we create an environment where ideas can flow, and everyone feels part of the mission from day one.

At FMP, we believe in investing in future talent, and we’re looking forward to seeing the fresh perspectives and energy our interns will bring to our work!

🌿 FMP Wellness Month Recap 🌿

May was all about prioritizing well-being across Team FMP! Throughout the month, we focused on movement, mindfulness, and healthy habits, offering a variety of opportunities to keep our team engaged and energized.

From our May Movement Challenge and Weekly Wellness Walks to activities like Anything-But-a-Car Day, Bike to Work Day, and a great Workout with Sherean, our team stayed active and connected. We also explored mental wellness through a speaker session with Tracey Adams, a guided meditation session, and some fun with Wellness Bingo.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making this month a success. Initiatives like these are core to FMP’s commitment to supporting a healthy, balanced, and high-performing team.

With a background in psychology, counseling, higher education, and recruiting, Ashley brings a deeply human-centered lens to her work with federal agency clients.

At FMP, Ashley partners with agencies on human capital strategy, workforce development, strategic communications, and program management. From coordinating large-scale federal recruitment events to designing engaging training programs, her work consistently centers on employee experience—how people feel when they’re recruited, onboarded, developed, and supported throughout their careers.

Our team headed to Nationals Park for a company outing, and despite a cloudy forecast, the rain held off just long enough for us to enjoy the game, the views, and each other’s company.🌥️⚾

While the Nationals came up just short in a hard-fought 2–1 loss to the Mets, the energy among our team was a win. From shared laughs and conversations to cheering on every pitch, it was a meaningful chance to step away from the day-to-day and connect outside the office.

Grateful for time well spent, strong team spirit, and memories made (even if the final score wasn’t what we hoped for). Here’s to more moments like this—rain or shine. 💙❤️

Congrats to FMPer, Jessica Waymouth, for completing the Lead Program through the Leadership Center of Arlington over the past eight months!

Her experience offered a deeper understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing our community, including education, environmental advocacy, arts, and human services.

Every class year sets a motto, and this year's is Leading the Fix! We can't wait to see what comes next for the Lead Class of 2026!

We were honored to celebrate alongside Joe Punaro and the IronArch team as they received the Northern Virginia Chamber 2026 Distinguished Service Award for Established Veteran-Owned Business of the Year.

It was an inspiring morning surrounded by leaders who keep us focused on what matters most. We are grateful to have been part of such a meaningful celebration.
