Holloway Consulting Professional LLC is an
educational consulting firm that specializes in increasing the effectiveness levels of teachers and school-based leaders. We work with district leaders as well as individual schools to develop job-embedded professional development that is aligned to the expectations for effective instructional and leadership practices. We start with an extensive interview with district and/or school administrators and a comprehensive needs assessment to determine what services should be provided. After completing the needs assessment, our team customizes a plan and implementation schedule using data to improve instructional and leadership practices of teachers and leaders.
