Pools are one of the most important features that turn any hotel into a place for pure relaxation….🧘🏻‍♀️

🤔But did you know that hotels started installing pools only in the 1930s? 🤔

One of the first was at the Biltmore Estate in Coral Gables, Florida, as you can imagine it was a popular vacation destination for many Hollywood movie stars🤩. Nowadays almost every hotel has a pool, making the vacation for each of us full of joy!

Did you know the same muscles, which help you with your posture are the same ones that also help you to respire? 👀Good breath = good posture. Posture is essential for a lifeguard! Good posture helps you to stay alert and observe the pool much better.

Also, deep breathing helps you handle the pressure and stay calm during stressful events that may occur at the pool. Take care of yourself first, and only then you can take care of others!👍🏼
