Looking for two boom lift / scissor lift operators for a sign hanging project in a warehouse. Full time, Mon-Fri, 7 to 4. At least a month of work.

$28-32/hr depending on experience. 1099.
Need at least 5 years on lifts and a current certification. This is a production environment so you need to be comfortable keeping pace.
We already have our safety team and a manager at the site. You’re not getting sent somewhere and forgotten about. We answer our phones and we handle our business.

Quick heads up for business owners:

The OSHA 300A posting deadline is this Sunday, February 1st.

If you are required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, you need to post your annual summary somewhere workers can actually see it. Break room, time clock, wherever people gather.

The tricky part is figuring out whether your company actually has to do this. It depends on how many employees you have and what industry you are in. A lot of companies stress over this requirement when it does not even apply to them.

If you want a simple guide that walks through who needs to keep records and who is exempt, drop "guide" in the comments. I will send it over.

Your OSHA 300A Annual Summary must be:
- Calculated and complete
- Signed by a company EXECUTIVE (not HR, not Safety—executive)
- Posted where employees can see it
- Displayed through April 30th
