Very quiet at my polling place in Arlington & has been so all AM BUT voting was super easy breezy. I was in & out! Waiting for the kiddo to get out of school so that she can vote for the very first time in her life!

Please make sure you vote in today’s statewide primaries/elections. Please visit your usual polling location & you have until 7pm to vote.

Yesterday was the last day of early voting for the Virginia Democratic June 8 primaries - and 114,535 votes were cast.

Polls open back up, Tuesday, 6/8 from 6am-7pm. Please visit your usual polling location to vote. Remember, as long as you’re in line by 7pm, you’ll be able to vote.

to Election Night Eve(11/2/2020) in Philly with now Vice President Kamala Harris & President Joe Biden (via satellite in Pittsburgh)! The air was so clean & we could feel victory in the air!

It was also an absolute joy organizing local D9’ers(in their individual capacities)for this trip/night - thank you to everyone who helped make it happen + answered the call. There’s always a sense of absolute pride when honoring & highlighting the significant role D9’ers(in their individual capacities) play in shaping & winning elections, especially when one of our own is on the line & especially at that level!

Not only that, it was such a proud moment witnessing:
- VP Harris do her sorority call + beaming when she saw her sorority sisters in the crowd & acknowledged them;
-D9’ers(in their individual capacities) do their respective calls in the crowd;
-the verbal thanks and honor to everyone(D9 & non), despite whom their choice of candidate is/was but being unified in this final moment.

Nothing will ever compare to that pride & joy, EVER!
