🌳🛝 Daycare Playground Project Help Needed! 🛝🌳

We are looking to borrow a dump trailer or two for a day this week so we can haul mulch for our daycare playground!

A huge THANK YOU to Murphy & Sons Logging for generously offering to donate the mulch free of charge. ❤️ We just need a way to pick it up and get it back to the daycare.

If you or someone you know would be willing to let us borrow a dump trailer, please send us a message or comment below. We would greatly appreciate any help in making our playground safer and more fun for our little ones!

Just a friendly reminder to all of our amazing daycare families! 💖

⏰ Mrs. Angelia’s Daycare will be closing at 4:00 PM tomorrow as we get ready for a much-needed vacation! 🏖️🌊

📅 We will be closed July 4th – July 12th and will reopen bright and early on Monday, July 13th! 🎉

Our teachers are excited to spend some time with their families, recharge, and make lots of summer memories. ☀️🍉🕶️

📸😂 Picture Day 2026: SURVIVED! 😂📸

A huge THANK YOU to all of our wonderful parents for sending your little ones to daycare looking absolutely adorable today! ❤️

Picture Day was a success… mostly. 🤣

We had:
✨ Beautiful smiles
✨ Handsome little gentlemen
✨ Sweet little princesses
✨ Hair fixed approximately 427 times
✨ Shirts straightened 983 times
✨ A few children who forgot how to smile the second they saw the camera
✨ Several silly faces
✨ At least one child who tried to run from the photographer
✨ A couple of tears 😭
✨ A few full-blown “I will NOT be participating in this activity today” moments 🤦‍♀️😂

Some children posed like professional models, while others looked at us as if we had personally offended them by asking for a picture. 📸🤣

Despite the giggles, wiggles, tears, and toddler negotiations, our staff worked wonders and captured some precious memories that we know you’ll treasure for years to come. ❤️

Thank you for trusting us with your little ones each day. We are so thankful for our daycare family and all the laughter these sweet kiddos bring us—even when they’re crying in their fancy picture clothes! 😂

Now we patiently wait to see the photos and find out which picture becomes the one framed on the wall… and which one becomes the one shown at graduation and wedding receptions someday! 🤣📸❤️

🦕🎉 THAT’S A WRAP ON DINOSAUR WEEK! 🎉🦖

What a DINO-mite week we’ve had at Mrs. Angelia’s Daycare! 🦕🌋🦴

This week our little paleontologists stomped, roared, dug, explored, and learned their way through all things dinosaurs! We discovered different types of dinosaurs, learned about fossils and the scientists who study them, explored volcanoes, talked about what dinosaurs ate, and uncovered lots of prehistoric fun facts along the way.

Today we wrapped up our adventure with a special review of everything we learned throughout the week. Our Dino Explorers did an amazing job remembering dinosaur names, fossils, volcanoes, habitats, and so much more! 🦖✨

To celebrate all of their hard work, every child received their official Dinosaur Explorer Certification! 🏆🦴

We are so proud of our little explorers. They may be heading into the weekend, but we think a few future paleontologists might have been discovered this week! 😉

🦕🌋 Dinosaur Week Adventure! 🌋🦖

Today at Mrs. Angelia’s Daycare, our little paleontologists took a trip back in time to learn all about dinosaurs and volcanoes! 🦖✨

We talked about how dinosaurs lived millions of years ago and explored what volcanoes are and how they erupt. The children loved learning that volcanoes are like giant mountains that can release hot lava, ash, and gases! 🌋🔥

Our friends enjoyed hands-on activities, dinosaur-themed learning, creative play, and plenty of roaring fun as we imagined what it would have been like to walk among the dinosaurs. We even watched our very own “volcanic eruptions” and discovered how exciting science can be! 🧪🌋

Learning through play helps children build curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a love for exploring the world around them. ❤️
