We're excited to announce that IBI has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Tanzanian Prime Minister's Office to enhance the country's Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems. This partnership supports USAID's localization efforts, empowering the Tanzanian government to take ownership of MEL processes and build sustainable, locally-driven development outcomes.

The MOU will serve as a framework for collaborative capacity-building initiatives, strengthening the government's ability to oversee and evaluate development activities across sectors.
