Roots Music Therapy Music nurtures our Roots I believe that Music can touch our deepest roots and brings life to emotion, presence, and awareness. New in 2017 is Music 4 Me!

Music stimulates our emotional and physical bodies, and can be used to relax, engage, and connect. at Arlington Center for the Arts. For 4-6 year olds (without a parent), this music engagement group will meet to sing, jam, laugh, dance, grow, and learn together! Silly songs for the car (transitions!), songs to brush teeth (daily activities!), familiar favorites (community awareness!), and more! Jo

in us on Thursdays 3:30-4:15pm at Arlington Center for the Arts starting January 12. I specialize in music therapy services for adolescents and young adults with special needs, and the aging population, especially those suffering from dementia. I use guitar, singing, piano, autoharp, and other hand held instruments to foster meaningful and spontaneous engagement with clients, focusing on what one CAN do, rather than working around physical or cognitive limitations. I also offer in-home services in Arlington and surrounding Metro-West towns. Please reach out to discuss how music can nurture your roots. Come play with me at the following locations:

To some, a chorus of recorders might be akin to late night cat fights. For me, it is the sound of Angels (or should I say Dolphins)! I'm so excited to bring my adolescent music groups to Hardy with Kid Zone for grades k-2. We have three more spots open on Wednesdays at 2:40pm through the end of May.
