Ya know that softball cruise I instruct on? The one that I teach along side a 3 time Olympic Gold Medalist? There is STILL time to sign up!

4 days… leaving from Miami… on Royal Caribbean Wonder of the Seas… we instruct on the boat and on land in the BAHAMAS with local little league players and coaches.

🔥Speed Queens of August👑

August is a HARD month for speed gains because of the distance moves that happens when you move up in age sometimes, being out of routine- staying up and sleeping in late, haven’t pitched in a game in weeks… not necessarily the best conditions to crush goals…
but, THAT is what perseverance looks like!! Not being fearless, not being perfect, just being willing to try- despite the conditions stacked against you!🔥 PROUD OF YOU ALL!

Keep trusting the journey, ladies. Great things are happening, even when you can't see them yet!

St. Clair Community College’s new Assistant Softball Coach 💙💛

I am so excited for this new venture! I think this will be a beautiful opportunity for me expand my knowledge of the overall game while helping these young ladies take their abilities to the next level.

📣🩷🥎Tune into ESPN right now and support a few of my pitching students: Mackenzie, Kora, and Paisley
play in the little league World Series for St. Clair, MI!!
I have gotten to watch them play two games so far and I’ve had chills the entire time! They play with their whole heart and are giving it 110%.

I can’t even imagine the nerves at that age, playing on that stage, having Monica Abbott say my name… just absolutely incredible!
