Today we honor the men and women who have served our country and protected the freedoms we enjoy.

At Automated Marking Inc., our history is deeply tied to that service. Our founder, George Mear, was a WWII U.S. Army Air Forces pilot. After the war, he build AMI on the values of hard work, integrity, and perseverance; the core values that still define us today.

His son, Jeff Mear, carried that legacy forward, expanding AMI and building a 40+ year partnership with Reiner GmbH of Germany, another multi-generational family business.

We also thank our VP of Sales & Service, Wilfred (Bill) Allen III, a United States Marine Corps veteran, for his service and dedication to our team.

To all U.S. veterans, thank you for your courage, sacrifice, and commitment. Because of you, we have the freedom to live, work, and build for the future.
