Beautiful spot. A lot of energy here unfortunately in the great floods of 1993 children were trapped inside the cave and passed away. It was known as Indian cave because it was sacred to the Osage who believed in the spirit of the Earth was breathing through it. It later became wine storage for French fur traders almost like the story of Falstaff beer and lemp mansion. Some state that the same cave system is attached to the cave system that is actually under the old factory beside the mansion.
