🌟 Intern Spotlight: Maranda Campbell 🌟

Numbers may tell part of the story, but behind every report, budget, and business decision is a team working to keep the cooperative moving forward.

This summer, Maranda had the opportunity to gain a behind-the-scenes look at how PVT's Finance department supports the organization. Through meetings, projects, and day-to-day experiences, she was able to see how classroom concepts translate into real-world business operations.

Internships provide more than work experience. They offer a chance to explore career paths, ask questions, and learn from professionals in the field. We're glad Maranda chose to spend part of her summer with us and wish her the very best as she continues her educational journey. 💙

This Labor Day, we're grateful for the hardworking individuals whose dedication, perseverance, and contributions help make southeastern New Mexico such a great place to live, work, and grow.

🌟 Intern Spotlight: Julian Salais 🌟

Every internship offers a chance to learn something new, and sometimes the most valuable lessons come from simply being part of the work happening around you.

During his time with PVT, Julian had the opportunity to see the many ways our Facilities team supports employees, members, and the cooperative as a whole. By jumping into projects and helping wherever needed, he gained hands-on experience and a better understanding of what it takes to keep things running behind the scenes.

Every internship leaves behind a few memorable stories, and Kaden's might involve ice cream. 🍦

Over the summer, Kaden spent his days working with our Facilities team, helping with projects around PVT and tackling whatever the day brought his way. While the experience gave him the opportunity to learn new skills and gain firsthand workplace experience, it's safe to say a cold treat at the end of a hot New Mexico workday didn't hurt either.

Every team benefits from people who show up ready to help, take initiative and keep things moving forward.

Throughout the summer, Patrick brought that mindset to our Facilities team. Whether working on routine tasks or helping with projects around PVT, he was always willing to jump in and contribute wherever needed.

Our Summer Intern Spotlight series continues!

Some of the best lessons come from rolling up your sleeves and learning by doing.

During his time with our Facilities team, Jesse had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gain hands-on experience and see the important work that happens behind the scenes each day. Along the way, he became a familiar face around PVT and an important part of the team.
