We sure didn’t get the 17 inches they predicted. But the weather has sure been interesting. About 5 inches total, but didn’t have do any removing except by doors. The wind did the rest. These pictures were taken within a 24 hour time period.

Horses got a little something extra tonight for the cold.

Day 5 of snow moving. Never seem to get ahead. Today worked on Skipper and Apache’s pen. It was so deep! Fixed more ice laden fence and fed my horses a new bale of hay. Hopefully winter will be kinder to us from here on out.

Posted a notice last night that we're looking for someone to help us get caught up on horse work around here and I'm gratified at the interest. Heard from several folks who just might work out and we'll be talking in the coming days. Takes a special kind to fit in around here, and we've had some good ones over the years. I especially appreciated all the folks who shared the post or tagged friends who might have an interest. If it works out there will be a lot of time spent right here in the roundpen in the coming weeks.
