Am I the only one who's struggling these days? I told you I'd start writing about things I'm doing to stay healthy, but to say I'm having a hard time putting my finger to keyboard is an understatement. So here's a quick snippet...
Did you know your skin, specifically the acid mantle, is an important component in keeping pathogens out. Many (most?) soaps and body washes destroy this protective layer, and it can take anywhere from 14 hours to two months to rebuild itself. And it can only do that if you don't remove it again. So please, always use pH balanced washes. My favorites are in the comments below. They help your skin retain its protective layer and keep it soft and healthy.
