When did you last use the advice ‘fake it til you make it’?

That easily could have been my mantra when I started in the wild west of social media marketing in 2009.

I wanted to dive into online marketing with everyone, but without a plan, a niche, or 100 hours a day it felt a bit like the wild, wild west.

I messed up more times than I can count, and I even told people social media would replace email. What in the world was I thinking?

But with every stumble or fall, I got back up.

And I’m so glad I did because eventually, I found ways to help others by learning first, see things from a different point of view, and tap into my superpower of intuition to guide business decisions.

It means so much to me to have created a business all my own, quirks and all, and even more that you’re along for the ride.

Want to know the one thing my father-in-law always says that drives me NUTS?

Hes' infamous for saying, “this too shall pass.”

It literally makes the three-year-old in me want to throw myself on the ground and has a hissy fit.

I know it's because he's right - but I want it now.

Just like Veruka on W***y Wonka.

But I also know that all of the challenges I'm facing in my business won’t last forever.

And those you are facing won't last forever either.

So I’m taking each moment as just that—a moment.

Everything is only for a season, and I’m doing my best to patiently let things unfold and know that God has a plan.
