Calling all small businesses. ONE SUITE LEFT!!

Do you need a space to call your own but don't want to commit to a multi-year lease or deal with calling the internet company and having them set up wifi before you even know if the space is the right space for you? If that's sounding familiar, we have one space left in our flex suites. Currently, all of our units but 102-9 are occupied. It's south facing, so even though its in the lower level, you can get a lot of natural light. It's 213 sq ft which is plenty of room for even 2-3 people. WiFi is included. Two desks and chairs are included. NO CAM (Common Area Maintenance) charge at the end of the year. We will do month to month leases.
