Food has always been an important part or my life growing up on a small family farm in Texas. It was always something that brought us together as a family. After serving in the United States Navy, I started in training as a Chef in Bend, Oregon in 2004. I have worked and trained in restaurants in Oregon, Texas, and Lousiana. Living and working in New Orleans gave me my greatest experience to date. There I learned French Creole Cuisine and fine dining service. I have learned how to use high quality ingredients to create beautiful plates with vibrant flavors. I moved to Missouri after feeling that I had reached the top of what I could achieve in New Orleans and started a small family farm. Now I am looking to use what I have learned to be a private in home chef and bring the food that you could get at restaurant into your home. I offer services to prepare your holiday meals, every day meals, or even a special romantic dinner for two. Call or message me if you have any questions about what I have to offer.
