📚 Our THIRD THURSDAY BOOK CLUB meets this Thursday … same time, same place — (7pm at Barnes & Noble Cafe in Ashburn). Here’s WHY you might want to come check it out —

1. Unlike most book clubs, we do *not* choose one book for everyone to read and then come together to discuss. Instead, we just each bring something we’ve read in the past month and we share with others what we liked about it or learned from it.😉 Our focus is on non-fiction, so we’ve been looking at business, self-development, motivation, biography, etc. So choose whatever you’d like, and come join us!!

2. Barnes & Noble is all decked out for the holidays, so this is such a fun time to visit.🎄 You could pick up some holiday treasures while you’re here — In addition to a gazillion books that’ll make fantastic Christmas/Chanukah presents, there’s tons of other great gifts to choose from as well.

AND … They’re currently running their gift card promotion (which they do only twice a year, and it’s my favorite thing)! If you spend $100 in gift cards, they give you an additional $10 card. Ta-dah!! (I personally buy a bunch of $25 cards to give to clients and friends; and then I pocket that extra one for *me*!!)😲

3. The B&N Cafe is stocked with your favorite Starbucks holiday beverages — chestnut praline latte, peppermint mocha, caramel brulee latte, iced gingerbread chai, etc.😋 So come grab a cuppa and join us!! New members and guests are *always* welcome!🙂

After taking the summer off, our Loudoun Third Thursday Book Club is back in September, meeting on 9/19 at 7pm at Barnes & Noble! Come join us in the Cafe there.👍

Bring any book you read (or listened to) over the summer, and plan on sharing with us how it impacted you or gave you a new perspective or whatever.📚🙂 We are a Nonfiction book club; the books on these shelves will give you an idea of our focus. We are ALWAYS welcoming new members, so we hope to see some fresh faces this year!

Great discussion last night about The Four Agreements! We missed a few of our members, who hopefully will be able to join us next month as we share our thoughts about MASTER OF CHANGE by Brad Stulberg.
