Pattern Pumpkin Art πŸŽƒ
We explored how Yayoi Kusama, Gustav Klimt, and Takashi Murakami use repeating dots, shapes, flowers, and colors in their artwork. Then the students used pumpkins as their canvas and created their own patterns while thinking about repetition, rhythm, and color combinations. Each pumpkin turned into a completely different piece of art!

We explored ancient pottery and learned how people made it, used it, and expressed their sense of beauty through simple forms and patterns.

We don’t have a kiln, but we used terracotta-colored clay to experience its warm color and handmade texture in our own way.

We’re already excited to pop the balloons next week and see the final forms! 🎈
