A homeowner had three different contractors come look at hurricane damage, make promises, and then go quiet. That's the story more often than people expect.

This one was siding and soffit repair after Helene, plus a new breezeway ceiling using a composite bead board product Daniel hadn't installed before. Instead of steering the client toward something familiar, he took the time to figure out how to source and install the material they actually wanted.

That's usually the difference between a job getting done and a job getting talked about. Someone willing to solve the actual problem instead of the easy version of it.
