At the end of last year, Urban3 had worked in more than 170 cities across 37 states. We’re proud to begin 2022 by sharing the news that more new places throughout the country have asked for our help to make their communities stronger, more resilient, and more prosperous:
Most local governments are sitting on a virtual “gold mine” without realizing it. The City of Atlanta Government has engaged us to quantify and visualize the potential of its publicly owned assets, with the intent to utilize the untapped value to meet policy goals.
Situated in a rapidly growing northeast region of the Golden State, Shasta County, California will work with us to determine where and how they can grow with a fiscally sustainable approach.
City of Bothell Government straddles two counties in the Seattle metropolitan area, where housing and transportation costs have skyrocketed in recent years. We’re going to work with them to visualize several potential growth scenarios, and quantify the impact of recent transportation infrastructure investments.
City of Shreveport Government is at a crossroads: during the pandemic, local leaders aggressively cut its budget and feared for the worst. Through a series of wise financial decisions and data-driven accounting choices, they are now in the best financial position in decades. However, Shreveport faces the prospect of expanding its developed footprint without gaining population. In a new approach to fiscal impact analysis, we are going to help the community “do the math” and visualize varying approaches to growth.
These are communities big and small, from the pacific northwest to the deep south. What unites them is a belief that they can make better use of their resources today to build better places for tomorrow. We’re excited to get to work.
If you think we can help your community build a stronger and more stable financial future, please be in touch. We’d love to help: urbanthree.com/contact-us/
