How tasty does this look? I used one package of Beyond Meat and one package of Impossible Meat, one package of Violife cheddar, red and yellow peppers, red onions, and a bunch of herbs. For a binder I used Neat Egg. Made the best meatloaf sandwich the day after with Follow Your Heart Veganaise.

I’ve been so frustrated getting vegan cheeses to melt. I finally tried something and it’s going to be my new go to. I put a tablespoon or two of water into a sauce pan, get it hot, then add my cheese and stir until it’s melted. It works great.

Ice packs on the bottom or side of your cooler will do a great job of keeping the sides and bottom of your cooler cold, but it won't do much for the food you're trying to chill. www.ingles-markets.com

"Congratulations! You are the first person to order the Impossible Whopper from this Burger King location." This is what the lady at the drive-up window told me as I approached to pay.

Review: I ordered it w/o mayo and cheese, went home and added Follow Your Heart American Cheese and Veganaise. I was excited to bite into the burger and taste the charred 'burger' and was left disappointed. I didn't really taste any char at all. With that said, I was very satisfied with the overall "fast food style" burger feel. The soft bun, the shredded lettuce, and the pickles made the entire eating experience one that I would repeat. It wasn't the 10 out of 10 I was really hoping for, but it was a solid 7 and I'm glad the option is out there. Maybe the charbroiler hadn't warmed up yet since it was only 10:30am. By the way, BK fries are pretty darn good.
