I was fairly shocked at some of the reveals in these survey results (maybe I'm easily shocked?). But this got me thinking - how can we harness multi-tasking, for example, to get MORE done on conference calls? During one of our my weekly calls, for example, we ask that our contact review documents, send emails, and ping colleagues internally to make the most of our time together. Anyone else using these trends to their advantage?
