URTHA is motivated by a principal desire to share our collective knowledge and experiences and then apply our specialized skills (via reciprocal exchanges) towards collaborative initiatives that promote our 5 Core Virtues. Although

right now we are starting off as an online community, we intend for URTHA to evolve into a global movement, and to ultimately give rise to a new co-creative reality that benefits all life everywhere. Our 5 Core Virtues:

Unity
We recognize and respect the interdependence and complex relationships of all species of life on Earth. We also appreciate each others' uniqueness and individual identities and work together to promote empathy, facilitate connections, and create win-win scenarios. Resilience
We believe in the innate ability of all people and ecosystems to persevere and heal if given the right resources and opportunity. When we support each other to overcome challenges and collaborate to solve problems, we exponentially expedite our collective healing process. Truth
Our personal experiences and unique perspectives shape our realities and worldviews. We acknowledge that there are many truths and many contexts always open to interpretation. We strive to maintain the integrity of alignment between our beliefs and our behaviors and express ourselves authentically at all times. Humanity
We assert that humanity is predominantly compassionate, benevolent, and is inspired by excellence. We aspire to cultivate these attributes in ourselves and lead by example, motivating others to be the best version of themselves and embrace our future as Global Guardians. Autonomy
Humans possess the gift of free will, which also imbues us all with the inalienable right to independence and freedom. But with that gift, comes the responsibility of self-containment and accountability. Self-governance is a privilege that can only be granted to those who mutually respect the free will and sovereignty of others. The moment you infringe upon the sovereignty of another, you also forfeit the right to your own.
