For earth you can choose a crystal or sand. For water you can use essential oils, aura sprays, or an abalone shell. For air you can burn sage, ethically sourced palo santos, or any other cleansing wood for its smoke. And for fire you can simply burn a candle.
Other items you can use are flowers, feathers, love notes or photos of loved ones or places, or statutes. You can really use anything that is going to make you feel more deeply connected.
