Back at one of my favorites .black.mountain, I demolished this Southern plate shortly after photo was taken. It was so good I wish they delivered to my house in Asheville because I’d order it right now. The greens were amazing and slightly sweet, the beans under the chow chow were creamy and delicious. It all was perfect together and the vegan Falafel appetizer was bomb. 100/10, See you ladies again soon!

Piccola Strada & Bottle Riot Vegan Menu Preview last night🍴 This gorgeous River Arts District location has all natural wines, European beers & a small and growing menu from the brilliant Chef Anthony Cerrato of Strada Italiano. Plenty of delicious Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free menu items all with vegan homemade cheeses and pastas. Opens Today, You’re going to LOVE it ❤️ Thanks for having me & !

Beautiful day for lunch outside at Homeground 🌞 My favorite avocado toast with vegan pesto and pickled onions, And a silky Ginger Carrot soup topped with Lions Mane powder for extra flavor and nourishment. Can’t love this enough! Home Ground Coffee Bar & Deli

Businesses in Asheville are pivoting to adhere to State mandated Covid laws to stay open so the owners of the gorgeous Times Bar downtown are now operating as a craft coffee bar, They have great vegan options and safe distanced seating. If you’re downtown and looking for a pick me up this is the spot. Supporting local helps keep our community stores open. This is the Oat Milk Matcha, perfect for an overcast day like today. 🌱

Wild Mushroom Avocado Toast w/Pesto 🥑 Before work stopped at my new fav HomeGround Cafe, This is smashed avocado with vegan pesto sauce, sautéed Lions Mane & Maiitake mushroom on whole grain toast. It was the best vegan breakfast options in town & their other vegan options are spot on. Run don’t walk to this spot. Home Ground Coffee Bar & Deli

Best combo ever, Vegan sausage ($4!) with all the toppings and a beer at the Tourists Stadium! Even with no baseball games its great to socially distant hang with friends on the field because I miss this place so much. They have a great set up that’s safe for everyone, Can’t wait to go back!
