Team NPA kicked off the summer by celebrating our incredible crew at Lake of the Woods Resort, nestled in the beautiful mountain ranges just beyond our home base of Ashland, Oregon.

As one chapter comes to a close with Erik and Sarah Peterson stepping down, and as we prepare to celebrate the upcoming retirement of 30-year NPA veteran Bonnie Banks, we also welcome a new era of leadership with Preston taking the helm.

We are deeply grateful for the dedication, leadership, and lasting impact of those who have helped shape NPA's story. Looking ahead, we’re excited for the opportunities, growth, and successes that await Team NPA. Here's to honoring our past and embracing an exciting future.

NPA Leadership Transition Announcement -

Exciting changes are ahead for NPA! Effective July 1, 2026, Erik Peterson will step down as President and Sarah Morris-Peterson as Vice President, transitioning solely to their roles on the company’s Board of Directors.

Our team is in Southern California, implementing an OUR System for a new customer. Erik, Preston, Demetria, Ali and Bonnie also have no problem finding time for fun, in between the long moments of work. And you can't beat the California sun in the beginning of February!

NPA is excited to announce the internal promotion of Demetria Hebert to Return-to-Work Manager!

For nearly eight years, Demetria has been an integral part of Team NPA, exemplifying excellence in Return-to-Work services. In her new role, Demetria will lead and support our RTW Specialists while continuing to serve as a key steward of NPA’s client relationships.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Demetria as our colleague, leader, and friend, and we look forward to working alongside her in the years ahead!
