Line Worker – Production Packer
Please apply only if you are comfortable performing physically demanding, repetitive work for the duration of each shift. This position requires employees to remain active throughout the workday and is best suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Custom Bottling & Packaging, Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Production Packer.
This position is an essential part of our operation. Every product we manufacture is prepared for shipment by our packing team, making this role critical to delivering quality products to our customers.

Pay
Starting at $16.00 per hour
• Full-time position
• Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• No weekends
• All major holidays off

Essential Job Duties
• Pack finished products into shipping cartons accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect products for quality during the packing process.
• Prepare products for shipment while maintaining production standards.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
The essential functions of this position include:
• Standing for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Performing repetitive hand, arm, and upper body movements.
• Frequently bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Regularly lifting products and materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Work is performed on a production line where breaks are scheduled according to company policy and production needs.
