Front Counter / Device Support Associate

Join our team at CRAKD, an electronics repair shop located in the Ashtabula Towne Square!

💵 Pay
$14–$17 per hour, depending on experience

📍 Location
Ashtabula, Ohio

🚀 Start Date
We’re looking for someone available to start soon!

Job Responsibilities
— Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, text, and email
— Schedule appointments and coordinate customer drop-offs
— Answer basic tech questions and explain repair services
— Check devices in and out and provide repair status updates
— Create accurate repair tickets and process payments
— Perform phone restores, device setup, and data transfers
— Receive and organize parts

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

* Dependable and organized
* Comfortable using computers and smartphones
* A clear verbal and written communicator
* Patient and friendly with customers
* Careful when handling customer devices and private information

Customer service or electronics experience is helpful. Training on CRAKD’s systems and procedures will be provided.
