Ashtabula Insurance Center was established in 1975 by Ben & Jo Bunnell. The current owners of the agency are Brent Bunnell and Tim Higgins. His insurance background includes: an independent study while attending th

e College of Wooster; working for a regional insurance firm in Atlanta, Georgia; and, the completion of his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1999. Tim Higgins has been with us since 1999. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ohio University. He has also completed the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2007.
