10,000 swings done. Started May 7th finished May 24th. I don't want to swing a bell for at least a week.

What a week. 4000 swings, handstand class and Deadlifts with no Aircast, 205lbs. max. Add in 28 kg TGUs, no cast and finish off with a bunch of 24 kg shoulder presses. Tomorrow teaching class in the morning at Revolution Fitness and assisting in a HKC also at RF. Fun.

Worked out with Cassie today. Her motivation help me get a PR today. 28 kg on TGU on the left (with boot on), but I couldn't get the right. Next time. Rest of the workout: 5 chin-ups, 225 lbs dead lift twice. Six shoulder preses with 24 kg both sides and 4 with 20 kg. fun workout. Thanks Cassie.

Yesterday's workout was VO2 max completion. 45 minutes of snatches, 15 seconds on and 15 secs. off with a 16kg kettlebell. Done!

Today's workout: single leg dead lift with 20kg 5 each leg, double press light with 16kg for 5 and deck squats 5 with 12kg. Two sets. Then 40 minute VO2 Max snatches with a 16kg 15 secs. on 15 secs. off.

Great workout today. 5 chin-ups. TGU with 24 kg 1 set each side. Then TGU with bar one set and back to 24 for one set. Two shoulder presses with 24 kg each side. Deadlift 5 at 135, 3 at 185 then 2 at 225. Then VO2 Max for 35 minutes with a 16 kg (15 secs. on 15 secs. off).

Break through today. I was able to stand on two feet (boot on one foot) and do dead lift cleans and swings with a lite weight. Yeah baby! workout today: Three quarter TGUs ladder (5-4-3-2-1) both sides with 20 kg. Dead lift cleans with 16 kg five for 5 sets. Reverse row and hamstring curl 4 sets 5 each. Swings with 16 kg 30 sec. then 30 secs. rest and walk out planks for 30 sec. then rest for 4 sets.

Today's workout: TGU ladder (5-4-3-2-1) followed by towel hangs and chin-ups (3 sets of 5). KB pushups (3 sets of 10). Bottoms up shoulder press with 16 kg (3 reps each side x 3) and 10 min of swings with 24 kg 30 secs on 30 secs off switching from 2 hand, 1 hand and alt.

Today's workout: half TGU ladder (same as before) one set. Towel and bar hang 40 secs each side then two hand towel hang 14 secs. Inverted row on THX 3 sets of 12 reps. Swings 30 secs on 30 secs off/2 hand then alternating and one hand 15 secs then the other. Gassed!

Yesterday's workout: TGU Friday! 1/2 TGU ladder w/20 kg 5-4-3-2-1 each side two sets. Chin-up ladder 5-4-3-2-1 and THX push-up ladder 10-8-6-4-2 two sets. Rope swings w/10 one leg snatches each side 16 kg 3 sets 30 secs on 30 off.

Today's workout: one leg windmills ladder 16 kg. 5-4-3-2-1 each side. Hangs one hand/one towel-40 secs each side. Towel hangs 4 secs. Regular two handed hangs 1 min. Renegade rows 4 sets of 5 each side with 20 kg. 30 one leg/two hand swings with 24 kg.
